You may cancel your class up to 48 hours before the class begins and request to receive a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the cancellation fee.
A 30 % refund will be made for cancellations received between 24 to 48 hours before the class begins.
A 100 % cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours.
Precautions
Arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to your lesson.
Wear clothes that allow you to move easily in water, have your own supply of beach towel, sunscreen, drink, and etc,.
There is no available storage nor a place to change, do not bring any valuables with you.
As stated in the consent form, you are responsible for any risks you take.

Cancellation due to bad weather will only be permitted when you receive a cancellation mail.
